For my whole life, I was very scared and unconfident in a lot of aspects of my life; lacrosse was a big part of this. It affected how I played and made me a scared and hesitant player. When I started to break through those mental blocks and get more confident and not scared to get hit when playing, it helped so much. Not only in lacrosse but all aspects of my life, I had a newfound confidence and was no longer scared to try new things and get out of my comfort zone.
